Apparently when reading guides on gwg , I am unable to see the skillbar . It usually comes out something like this ((discord...death nova)) . That's how you make skillbar on pvxwikia but idk if it is supposed to be like that .. Thanks for any help

edit: also, I don't understand why people want to max their HoM . How do you even do that ?

A lot of people want to max the HoM not only as a status symbol, but also for the Rainbow Phoenix which is achieved at rank 2 of Koabd or Rank 1 with a Full hall.

Alot people are talking about being able to bring something over from maxing your HoM . What is confirmed ? Does anyone know ?

Yes.....your HoM from GW1 will "supposedly" be able to award you things in gw2..... No, no one knows what yet, it hasn't been confirmed from anet what you will receive.

On topic, if you're referring to Guild Wars Guru having to be able to show stuff like skill icons and build skill bars on post, there was an issue that the site somehow can't show that anymore. Some coding malfunction or something. For now, that's still an issue that hasn't resolved yet.

For the HoM question, Chrisworld has it answered for you just now, but in my opinion HoM purpose is sketchy. Not much info on what the rewards might be hasn't been released by Anet, at least not yet. That makes me suspicious because there's a chance that they could be just adding fuel to the hype for something that is not all that special just so Anet can get ppl to work on the game more. Like cheap advertisement. If I were you, I wouldn't get all worked up about it until after the information of what the rewards are is officially released. They did, however, hinted that what ever it is it wouldn't impact on how your character can beat the game.

Im pretty sure the awards would be purely cosmetic like unique weapon/armor skins, minipets, or titles along the lines of "I BEET GUILD WARS ONE! WOO"
